Turning point

The postpartum journey can be difficult for any mother but especially for a first time mom, for me I think the most challenging thing to mentally deal with was my postpartum body. I was so discouraged and felt I would never get back to a body I could be proud of until Calee created a regime that fit my new day to day life with baby. Calee was able to create a program that didn’t feel like it consumed my day to day- that focused on tightening my core and regaining confidence and endurance. How is conducted?

Depends on what you want! Event booking is very specific to the venue, crowd, and weather. This is something discussed in detail at the request of the person or business booking the service.

Group trainings and fitness classes take a lot of coordination, but trust me, we can do it! We will have a meeting as a group to go over everything in advance so all expectations are met and everyone can plan their personal goals even though we chose a group setting.

Personal fitness programs and/or nutrition coaching sessions are conducted online or in person depending on where you are and how much you want to spend in time, money, and of course sweat! We can meet in person or via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring convenience and accessibility for clients worldwide! Workout programs and nutrition suggestions can also be sent out by email and tailored on an as needed basis.

What is personal coaching?

Personal training and coaching is a tailored process that helps individuals identify limiting beliefs around fitness and food, reshapes negative thoughts and training patterns, and cultivates a growth-oriented program base around physical training. This in turn enhances personal, mental, and physical improvement.

What commitment is required?

Everyone knows you get out it what you put in it! A commitment to personal or group coaching requires regular attendance to sessions, openness to self-reflection and change, and a willingness to actively apply learned strategies in daily life for optimal results. Life can happen and, I can definitely accommodate. There are no contracts, start up fees, cancelation fees, or binding paperwork. You can cancel services at any time but payments are due at time of service and are not refundable.

What results can I expect from coaching and training?

From fitness classes, personal training, or nutrition coaching, you can expect enhanced clarity, improved decision-making with your food choices, the ability to overcome the fitness goals we set together, and a new proactive approach to challenges you’ve faced in the past. This often leads to increased confidence, greater life satisfaction, and more progress in your personal fitness goals.
