How it all started
I often get asked how I got into the fitness world. I have always been an athlete and think I will always be one. Even after my collegiate athlete years, I went on to become nationally certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor to be able to work for the University of Alabama athletics and recreation department while i finished my degree. I quickly became known for my kickboxing classes. This is where I took it from my own training and fitness goals to helping others with theirs.
My story
I have worked in the industry for over 10 years now! I have worked for major universities doing any and everything from personal training and group exercise to fitness and body composition testing. I have helped gym chains start their training programs, taught many group exercise classes in many states across the country, competed and placed in fitness competitions, and even graduated from a circus academy. My fitness journey will always continue to change and grow, but I want to help you with yours!
